Yaroslav is a prominent leader in the tech industry, specializing in blockchain and cybersecurity. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous initiatives, demonstrating his expertise and dedication to fostering innovation, collaboration, and philanthropy.

At his previous role as Managing Director and Head of Chainlink Foundation since its inception and a core founding team member, he has played a pivotal role in shaping tokenization products and services. He currently manages several blockchain technology entities, including Special Economic Zone Companies and Foundations and covering daily operations of a company and its various international offices by providing management and guidance on scaling up operations, corporate governance and proper internal processes – including, managing the operations, finance, treasury, compliance and legal teams.

Yaroslav worked for Freshfields in London specialising in commercial litigation and disputes, financial institutional investigations and financial service industry regulations before moving to the Cayman Islands, where he worked at two of the top offshore global law firms. He then found his new career path and passion, the world of blockchain.

Yaroslav is currently admitted as a solicitor of the senior courts of England and Wales and as an attorney and counselor-at-law of the State of New York in the United States of America. Yaroslav holds a degree in law and continued his education by completing his master's law degree in Investment Funding of ICOs, Anti-Money Laundering and Regulatory Compliance of Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology in Business and Legal Practice.
