Julian Morris

Director/Advisor

Julian Morris is an economist, entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with 30 years’ experience, including a decade in blockchain and AI.

He founded his first startup in 1988 and has been building ever since. In 2001, Julian created a new global think tank, International Policy Network, which he ran for a decade. 

​

A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Senior Scholar at the International Center for Law and Economics, Julian has master’s degrees in economics, a degree in law, and is the author of over 100 academic papers.

His current scholarly work focuses on innovation in payments and other platform technologies. With over 20 years of board experience, Julian is currently a director of numerous companies, including several in the blockchain space.
